“Rewind: Fujifilm X Gallery 2022”

Some moments in life deserve a pause, a rewind, and a heartfelt celebration. One such moment for me was when two of my favorite photographs of the UAE were selected for the prestigious Fujifilm X Gallery Exhibition held at the Grand Mercure Hotel Dubai.

The exhibition, an open call for X photographers across the country, was an extraordinary showcase of talent, supported by GrandStores Digital, Fujifilm Middle East, and the Grand Mercure Hotel. It officially opened to the public on November 18, 2022, and remarkably, it remained open for over a year. Guests of the hotel had the unique privilege of immersing themselves in breathtaking imagery, capturing the essence of the UAE through the lenses of some of the nation's finest photographers.

For me, this event symbolized more than just the honor of having my work displayed. It was a celebration of the small wins—those moments where passion, persistence, and dedication to one's craft are acknowledged and appreciated. Photography has always been my way of connecting with the world, finding beauty in fleeting moments, and sharing stories without words. To see my vision appreciated on such a platform was both humbling and exhilarating.

The Fujifilm X Gallery 2022 wasn't just an exhibition; it was a testament to the power of art to bring people together, inspire creativity, and highlight the beauty of a place as dynamic and diverse as the UAE.
